Shilpa Shetty has supported the decision by Britain's Channel 4 television network to kick out contestant Emily Parr for calling a housemate "nigger" on the popular 'Big Brother' reality show. "I'm glad they took a stand. It's a good thing; it's a positive thing. I'm glad Channel 4 did what they did," said Shilpa, who shot to global fame after successfully fighting off racism and bullying on the celebrity version of the show earlier this year.Emily Parr, a 19-year-old student from Bristol, was evicted from the show for calling Charlie Uchea, who is black, a "nigger". The casting of Delhi 6 has been a rollercoaster ride for director Mehra, who is currently promoting his film Rang De Basanti at the Oscars. At first, Abhishek Bachchan was said to be playing the lead. However, he was replaced by Hrithik Roshan. And now, the brawny actor is also said to have walked out of the movie. It is speculated that Hrithik had a problem with the dates, as he is also shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodhaa Akbar. Rakeysh wants to start shooting for the film as soon as he returns from the Oscars. But Hrithik has already given commitments to debutante Zoya Akhtar for his film Kismat Talkies.
